Answers to some of the most common questions
Who do we care for?
Infants and toddlers ages newborn to 36 months. Children who have experienced severe abuse, neglect, or abandonment.
What does 24/7 care include?
Safe, trauma-informed environments tailored to very young children. Immediate nutritional support and developmental therapy.
How long do children stay in our care?
Stays range from a few days for emergency stabilization up to several months, depending on legal proceedings, court timelines, and the complexity of finding a safe permanent home.
How can the community help or donate?
Financial donations fund medical supplies, formula, diapers, and specialized care staff. In-kind donations like clothing, blankets, and baby food (please check our current needs list first).
Who do I call to report an abandoned or abused child?
If a child is in immediate physical danger, call your local emergency services or national child protection hotline right away.
Can I adopt a child from your facility?
We do not handle the adoption or foster placement process directly. Our core mission is to provide immediate, 24/7 medical stabilization and safe transitional housing for babies and toddlers during their times of crisis. Because our facility focuses strictly on emergency care, we do not have an adoption program or manage child placements.
